Quality and satisfied customers are at the heart of what we do.
Our aircraft customers demand the highest quality and you should too. Not all investment casting companies offer “Aircraft Quality”.
We use only new wax to maintain dimensional stability.
Our Quality Assurance program starts at the process design stage to ensure the best possible product.
Our quality program includes a documented quality control manual, written procedures for each part number to facilitate repeatability, environmental controls in key areas of the plant, spectrographic alloy analysis of each heat of metal poured, a calibration program and extensive process controls.
All parts are visually inspected and further testing specific to customer needs is available including liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and X-ray non-destructive tests, as well as hardness and tensile testing.
